Suns out – guns out! Different variations for biceps! Bicep curls! Suns out! Guns out! Time to get “TNT” tight and toned Beautiful biceps! Here are some of my favorite bicep variations! Regular bicep curl, hammer curl, cross body curl, clutch curl! Switch these up to hit different parts of your bicep head. Use a weight that is challenging for you! Rep it out to failure! Get as many reps as you can in with proper form keeping your elbows close to your sides. Keep your abs pulled in, chest up, back & shoulders pulled away from the ears, keep a lower arch in the back. As you progress in strength, and the weight gets easier, you can advance up heavier weights!
