HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY! 

Ladies, I so thrilled to wish each and every one of you a Happy International Women’s Day.

The 2018 IWD Campaign theme is #PressForProgress The World Economic Forum’s 2017 Global Gender Gap Report tells that is we still have another 200 years until gender parity is over. Therefore, THE TIME IS NOW to KEEP & STAY MOTIVATED and DEMAND CHANGE, and keep the PRESSURE ON FOR PROGRESS! This is what GLOBAL ACTIVISM is all about, for WOMEN’S EQUALITY, which are catapulted by movements like #TimesUp and #MeToo, and more! The women leaders of today are RISING UP for a STRONG GLOBAL MOMENTUM, pushing for gender equality.

Question: Did your mom work while you were growing up? Did she always seem to be tight on money. Do we want to keep this unequal pay cycle still going? My mom worked 3 jobs, and was never home, and still we could not make ends meet. So this movement is very near and dear to my heart.

We must take action today and never give up, for today and for the generations to come. We need to keep the energy high and keep this global movement of activism, advocacy and support ON ALL ALL TIME HIGH! Ladies, don’t get COMFORTABLE! We must create an even stronger CALL-TO-ACTION to press forward for progress on equality and gender parity.

This day is NOT ONLY FOR WOMEN! This Day Celebrates HUMANITY! This day is for all groups, everywhere, so lets be relentless in expediting equality, and together lets #PressForProgress xo JNL
