I’m sleeping better, I’m having more exercise post oxygen consumption so I’m burning fat even when I’m not working out, my hippocampus which is the part of my brain for memory is getting supercharged with tons of fresh blood and oxygen increasing my memory strength, I feel like I’m truly aging in reverse, I feel so fabulous, optimistic, with the dopamine and the good feeling neurotransmitters cranking out those good feeling vibes on another level! My waistline is dialed in, my glutes are on a never-ending salute, and I’m feeling better than ever going into March feeling so unstoppable! I cannot wait to hear about your progress reports!!
